We are now looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on HR Generalist to join our team in Greece and support the people behind the iconic Starbucks brand. What You’ll Be Doing
As an HR Generalist, you will be at the heart of our people operations, supporting recruitment, employee engagement, HR systems and day-to-day HR activities. Your role will include:
- Leading the recruitment process for store and support roles
- Partnering closely with Store Managers to attract and hire top talent
- Supporting employer branding initiatives and drafting social media content
- Participating in career events, university partnerships, and talent attraction activities
- Managing employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding and exit procedures
- Supporting HR compliance and labor law implementation
- Monitoring employee schedules, absences, and workforce data
- Providing support and troubleshooting for HR systems and digital tools
- Assisting with HR reporting, analytics, and process improvements
- Contributing to employee engagement initiatives and company events
- Collaborating with the HR team on exciting HR projects and initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field. A Master’s degree in Human Resources will be considered a strong plus
- 2–3 years of previous experience in an HR Generalist and/or HR Operations role
- Previous experience in retail or multi-site environments will be considered a strong asset
- Good knowledge of Greek labor law and HR practices
- Experience with HR systems / HRIS platforms and digital HR tools, preferably ScanHRMS
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Good communication skills in both Greek and English, written and spoken
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
- Reliability and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
